Welcome To Sizzlers Restaurant

Established in 1994 by Paul & Kate Clarke, Sizzlers has become a phenomenal success in Magherafelt's entertainment and dining, offering quality food at affordable prices in relaxed surroundings with extremely friendly staff.
We cater breakfast & lunch, including Sunday carvery lunch. In the evening we have our exceptional value special menu which runs Mon - Sat 3pm-7pm. We also have our A La Carte Menu, and a Set menu which is suitable for larger parties of 10 or more. (Birthdays / Hen/Stag nights / Anniversaries / Christenings / Leaving Parties)

Our brigade of ten chefs can be seen cooking a combination of local and international cuisine. Our tables are tended by our professional waiting staff, ready to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
Sizzlers wine bar seats approximately two hundred people and we're open seven days a week.
We can cater for parties of up to sixty people and offer an extensive range of quality wines, including some excellent Torres wines from Spain.



We entered the restaurant and we were met with a welcome blast of warm, aromatic air. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the very attentive waiter. And I must also add, he was well dressed and groomed.
We were shown to our seats and he asked to take our coats. He immediately returned with our menus and informed us of the house specials and asked us what we would like to drink.
We chose a glass of the house red and a glass of house white -- I've always believed that a good restaurant's wine list is based on how good its house wine is.
The red wine was a Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon and the reserve at that. I have to say that not many restaurants offer such a quality wine as a house wine. I found it to be smooth and fruity - this was a great Chile red.
The house white was a Sauvignon Blanc - a reserve from Chile and this was a very sharp and fruity white. On a night such as this we were very relaxed, because the wine was so good we were tempted to try a lot more. But we decided against as we wanted to be alert of what we were going to get to eat.
